Venue Rental Fees

Pricing below covers the venue and outdoor terrace for a 6-hour event, seating up to 200 guests — the rental fee is the same whatever the size of your party. When you book, a lease agreement is signed and 50% of the rental fee is collected to lock and hold your date.

How Booking Works

Simple, straightforward steps to secure your date.

Check the calendar and submit a request — your date is held for 48 hours.
Send your 50% date-hold payment ($500) via Zelle to heritagehousesa within that window.
Once payment is received, we confirm your reservation within 2 business days — your reservation is incomplete until you receive confirmation.
Sign the lease agreement to reserve — the $300 refundable damage deposit is collected at signing.
Remaining balance is due 1 week before your event.

Cancellation: Within 30 days of signing, 50% of the date deposit applies; after 30 days or within 60 days of the event, 100% of the date deposit applies. Your refundable damage deposit is returned.

Damage deposit: refunded within 14 business days after your event, less any deductions for damage, extraordinary cleaning, or extra time in the space.

*Card payments include a transaction fee. A $30 service fee applies to returned checks.

Good to Know

Venue Policies

A few house rules keep every event safe and enjoyable. Full terms and conditions are provided with your lease agreement.

No Weapons

Per Texas state law, no handguns or other weapons are permitted on the grounds.

No Alcohol

Alcohol is strictly prohibited at Heritage House Event Center. No alcohol may be brought in, served, or sold at your event. Anyone who possesses, serves or permits alcohol on the premises is subject to a fine under our policy.

Security Required

Licensed security is required for every event at $40 per hour. The number of hours is set with you by the Center Manager based on your guest count and event type.

Smoke-Free

Smoking is prohibited inside the building and anywhere around the building premises.

Ends by Midnight

Events must conclude by midnight. A one-hour clean-up window follows your event time.

Décor Guidelines

No confetti, glitter, rice, birdseed, or silly string. Candles must be enclosed and kept on tables.

Catering & Music

Choose any caterer. The house audio system is available; bands and DJs provide their own equipment.

Parking

Guests park in the designated areas provided on-site.

Supervised Youth

Children must be supervised at all times; guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult outside the building.

Tables, Chairs & Linens

Included in your rental and set up before you arrive, or bring your own. Damage to tables, chairs or linens is deducted from your $300 damage deposit, as is professional laundering if linens are returned soiled beyond ordinary use. Everyday light soiling is expected and never charged.

Warming Kitchen

Oven, stove-top, refrigerator and sink for warming and serving — not a licensed commercial kitchen. All food must arrive prepared and pre-cooked. A roll-down door closes the service area for plated dinners.

Adjustable Lighting

Lighting intensity can be set throughout the space to suit the mood of your event.

Walls & Fixtures

Please use the hooks provided — nothing may be tacked, taped, nailed, pinned or stapled to walls. Smoke and fog machines, dance wax, and face or body painting are not permitted.

Staff On Site

A Center representative may be present throughout your event, and management retains access to the building at all times.

Salvation Center Members

Referral Rewards Program

Exclusive to Salvation Center members: refer someone who books Heritage House and earn 10% of the rental fee — $100 — for every booking that's confirmed.

How It Works

Sign up with your name and email — no code is issued yet.
Our office verifies your Salvation Center membership.
Once approved, return here and enter your email to receive your personal code, then share it with friends and family planning an event.
When their booking is confirmed and the event is held with full payment secured, you earn $100, paid by the office.
